First: I would suggest taking better screenshots or copy from the chat logs. Second, in the screenshots, only rip drip can be seen begging, he will be gagged for 1 hour. Roeka never swore. Saying FFFFF is not swearing. According to your screenshots, zenn asked for the cerb many times, he will be warned once I see him in the server because he is a new player.

To summarize: Zenn gets a warning, rip drip will be gagged for 1 hour, Thank you for your report, but please next time, check the rules and the gaggable words in order to make better reports in the future.
