Thanks for your report , as far as i can see this incident is more like a refusal to attack , the Offender will be warned to stop camping on spots and attack.

I have watched the demo and cohlestic has punished you correctly, rather than taking his warn about you bhopping , you decided to ignore him and continue breaking the rules and make a useless report. You have to read the rules a couple of times before deciding to break the rules again.
