+1 You have shown that u can change and have proved it by being active/actively punishing the offender's , it might be a little too early , but i think you can handle the position nicely.

+1 You were a great Staff Member before , and i'm sure you will still continue doing better or perhaps even better who knows , i would like to advise you to help the Player's more with money or guns , and to check the gag words list before gagging someone .

-1 Always toxic , 0 improvement from your previous 2 Helper Request's , little to no help towards the normal Player's , still only focusing on gameplay and asking for guns 24/7.
