    Time Stamps: 06:09 (he waited at least 20-30 seconds to buy Boss, even a new zombie was chosen, i had warned him to attack but he told me to shut up.) , Bhops 06:50 , 06:57(boosting himself on tight spots by bhopping.) , 07:48 (he enabled his jumps even though he had a nojump by me still active) , 08:03 (enabled his jumps again , because i nojumped him once more for 30 minutes for bypassing his nojump punishment.) , and lastly banned him for 30 minutes for the reason of abusing commands for his own benefit.

    Mazen havent learned anything from his previous history , had told him to follow the rules on multiple occasions , but he has always denied his wrong doings , not only he abuses the knife blink bug as shown from the video above , but he still continues to bhop even though he was told to not do it again.

    PS | الدبابير , i had already warned you last map to stop bhopping , but you continued to do so on the current map too , and no i didnt no threaten you with a gag to stop you from talking about it , i had literally told you to make a report if you felt like the punishment was unfairly given a couple of times , but rather then reading my messages you continued on arguing with me that i no jumped you for no reason many times , that's why i warned you to stop arguing and go make a report because you kept on flooding the chat with your messages.

    I've rewatched the demo for the second time , and also quick skipped to the time stamps where lebarde is attempting to jump to the rooftop , also checked the time stamp that was included in the report (33:00- 33 :35) and have come to the conclusion that lebarde is indeed clean and there was no reason to issue him the nojump punishment. You should spectate the suspect or be 100% whilst playing that they're indeed bhopping.

    So , even if you wanted to "delay your jumps" you would have to ban yourself permanently because theres multiple offenses.

    Somke was warned a lot of times to stop bhopping , even reported by me 2 times , warned again to not do it , but every time he was either reported/warned he never accepted the fact that he was bhopping , even argued with me and other's that he never does bhop , but he proceeds on issuing the bhop punishment to the other Player's when he is also doing the same thing as them , so he definitely knows whats bhop and how to do it , he was also reported yesterday and demoted and WARNED again to stop doing it , but i guess he is so hard headed that he doesnt accept the fact that he is still breaking the rules.

    -1 You have little to no involvement on helping the Player's (giving money, helping them with something that they asked, giving them guns) , even if you have met the requirements to be able to make a application ,you're not ready/showing anything significant that would make us say "yes he's ready" , just take your time and focus on yourself and helping the Player's , don't apply instantly for a position just because you made a couple of reports.

    He was clearly bhopping at 02:36 timeframe , I had warned him literally yesterday to stop bhopping and told him that i have 5 demos of him bhopping , but he proceeded on asking weird questions about the demos , warned him that i would report him if he continues to bhop , well i guess he didnt even bother trying to make a lesson out of it , so yeah he should be demoted to Helper until he proves himself worthy to be an Admin again.
