Make a proper report , helper report form , follow the form and the title with the nickname of the Staff that has issued you the punishments.

1st Offense : I saw the chat logs when he was pretending to be removed from the team (typing without the admin tag) , you warned him a couple of times to stop doing that , but he didnt do so. , this is just him trying to seek some attention and have some pleasure out of it.

2nd Offense: I completely agree on that , he constantly target's people ( i know its allowed dont quote me on that) just to annoy them by saying "haha" or something else as seen from the examples Ankri has given , he is utterly childish and doesnt even try to better himself at all . He got mad at one of Ankri's comment's on the staff chat , and said "if i got Removed, do u think i will stop targeting you ? lmao" , rather than actually making out something off of what Ankri said , he only thinks for gameplay.

3rd Offense: They did the same thing to me too , constantly making false reports, mocking me in-game, accusing me of not knowing amxx commands , not knowing what is bhop , and talking behind my back in private messages , their addition from Zombus to main server was a complete mistake , they dont know how to WATCH a Demo , don't go in Spec mode to watch the gameflow and punish potential rule breakers, they dont warn the player's before issuing the punishments , they also issue wrong bans , dont even bother to do anything thats useful , they're simply hungry for power and to "flex" on the Player's with their in-game tag , just like lucifer said "Do you think that Admin is a matter of life or death? Just a game, go, don't wait" they only care about in-game fame and dont do their job accordingly.

In conclusion Lucifer was given too many chances and attempts to better himself , but he completely ignored those calls and continued on being how he is Toxic,Childish,Arrogant,Ignorant and Two-faced. In my opinion he should be removed from the Staff Team to give him a lesson that you can't do anything u want , just because you're a Staff.

Considering your previous punishment's , you currently do not deserve to be un-gagged , start or at least try to make out a lesson from this and make a request again , once you feel like you have changed.

He said "shut up" again , I'm done replying since your replies have zero sense and it just spams the report.

You clearly have no clue on what arguing is , you can't just conclude this incident as "arguing" just because he said shut up. I hope you notice your mistake.

He did not argue with you , from what i can see and read he only said "shut up" , and you can't gag him for saying "shut up" ,please check the gag words listed on discord's staff chat

Lucifer , you can’t just gag someone for saying shhh(shut up) it would be a gag if he had said “shut up b*tch” “shut up noob” “shut the f*ck up” and so on.

What is the point of making a player report if you're on the Staff Team , you could've easily forwarded the demo to the #staff-chat we have , and an Admin with the appropriate rights would've issued the punishment.

This just proves that Mazen just doesn't want to learn from his previous mistakes and will continue on break the server rules again and again.

-1 I don't think it would be a good idea to let you in the Staff Team at all , it hasn't even been a month since our history with you , from my perspective you're an impatient , toxic , asking for guns every map , arguing with everyone , even with Staff and making up your own rules without actually reading the ACTUAL Server Rules , making false reports without inspecting the demo first , you sweat grinded your hour's just to apply for staff or let me put it this way , to receive power and the in-game tag , you have to prove yourself that you changed first before even considering to apply for anything that involves having authority on the server , not to mention that you're purposely acting "nice" to me just to receive a positive opinion from me , and that wont happen until you actually prove yourself , it doesn't take a week to change yourself , at this moment you're not suitable as a Staff Member to our Server.

After watching the demo both in normal speed and 2x slowed down i've come to the conclusion that Somke does indeed have movement delay inbetween his jump's and has not violated the bhopping rule , in the future you should watch the demo carefully , if it requires you should also watch it on slow motion.

Thanks for your report , upon viewing the video it does look like he is camping on guillotine and a couple of seconds on gungnir too , but i dont think the player is aware of the rule about camping gun's , either way he will be punished accordingly, but for next time you should upload your demo for full context rather than a youtube video.

There was a reason for your gag , you started to argue with me by stating that i'm making unfair and biased decisions , you accused me of not properly investigating your report's and making false claims , you accused me for being friends with Kaboom implying that he would defend me even if i make critical mistakes or basically saying that whetever you or anyone else claims against me would be automatically rejected , which is ultimately WRONG since I have always came with solid proof against you or anyone else that i have reported , unlike you. You should stop making false claims without actually providing the full context of what has happened and our history with you , not only you don't know the rules + don't follow them , you're also deliberately making reports on me to take me down .

Side Note : This is not your first time arguing or accusing me of doing my job improperly , you should be ashamed of yourself.

The Offender has denied his accusations for bhop and ignored the warn to not do it , by me. Before that i asked him to send his demo to me , to check if he was binding gungnir , after asking him a couple of times , he agreed on doing so , but he retried the server therefore voiding the demo , and saying that he "can't" send the demo , moments later he sent me a message on discord with a plain text saying "cso2012_demo.dem" which further proves that he has no clue how to view or to share the demo.

After watching the demo , i've come to the conclusion that the (Zombie) ManicalCrown is not preteding to be AFK , rather than that he most likely tabbed out or potentially lagged out , would like to also point out that the (Zombie)ManicalCrown is also not hiding either.

An example for Fake AFK is ; "<Zombie> get's chosen as First Zombie and they move a little then dont move or attack at all , and after getting killed and the round starts again they start to move again."

In the other hand if the (Zombie) was afk a couple of round's ago then they can't be considered as Fake AFK.

There were couple of admins on the server again , why didn't u just notify them before making the report.

There is no need to rush your hours (time spent on the server) in order to be a Slot , you will eventually have the hours required gradually by playing on the server , having a level requirement is unnecessary , altough I'm aware of the players afking to get their hour's/activity and applying for Slot or Helper , if you have any suggestion's on how to address it , go ahead and make a suggestion at Map & Server Bugs & Suggestions .
