    +1 I'm fine with your stronger punishment's for the offenders , although I'm also fine with the current ones too , so I would like to also say that we must do something about the Player's who refuse to send their demo's when suspected of binding , I'm done with them acting wild when asked to do so here's an example; "[Admin/Helper] <Player> please send me your demo , I would like to check something." and if the suspect is guilty their reply is "<Player> Why?" "<Player> What is demo?" "<Player> I can't upload demo" or when the suspect goes fake AFK until the map changes therefore voiding the demo since a new one would be starting to record , this example is pretty accurate since I have witnessed it myself when asked to do so , and when the suspect is clean , they send their demo's without questions asked and that's pretty frustrating especially for Staff Member's , so in conclusion we should have stricter rule's upon refusal to send their proof.

    PS: I'm aware that once the suspect is banned as soon as they are caught binding , they are obligated to send their demo's , so that is not the point i'm trying to make. My point is more on the not giving their demos when asked or acting wild.

    • Reason that you want to be Helper: This was in the plannings since the beginning of the Server , but I had to delay it everytime since i had always something comming up IRL , but I think Im ready now , as for the reason of why would I like to be a Helper , it may sound classic now , but there are always Player's that either rage quit and start going off on the other Player's by insulting them and griefing with jump bomb's to annoy them and etc , another reason would be the lack of authority and some actions of the offenders ultimately can lead to them being unseen or go unpunished.

    For those of you who are going to defend him by saying "We can't really see that its him " , "There is no proof that it is him" , i have showed his nick and skin on multiple ocassions throughout the demo.

    Want to clarify that i'm completely neutral on this and i already have said it , on my first response , as for the "Somke has had broken this rule couple of times when i was chasing him as a Zombie but i cannot provide proof" i recall this happened either a Month or two ago on zm_deko2 when he was purposely only spamming freeze bombs on me so i don't attack him(this also happened in different maps too) , i'm not 100% sure but it was either you that warned him to not do it when i told him to stop spamming freeze nades on me or it was cohlestic but , yeah i still dont got rock solid evidence but i'm pretty sure he is well known for spamming freeze nades , so it's not his first time , either way he should make a lesson out of this and act more professionally since he is not your regular Player he is also a Staff Member , and being straightforward and honest is his duty.

    As far as i can see , this particular instance can't be considered as rule breaking because if we read the rule for spamming freeze nades which is "11. Spamming frozen bombs for no reason is not allowed!" . This incident you had with Somke would be valid if he had spammed freeze nades without a reason for example : Human is in a safe position with Zombie/s

    near or semi-distanced from the Human without a close threat to the Human is purposely spam throwing freeze nades to Zombie/s to annoy them or etc.

    That example should answer your pov in your little incident you had with Somke.

    As for conclusion i would like to point out that Somke has had broken this rule couple of times when i was chasing him as a Zombie but i cannot provide proof , so i won't defend him on this Report.

    I've had a lot of memories on this map back in the 2012-2015 era of cTm , when being VIP was like a dream for me haha , vividly remembering the time i almost broke my keyboard while trying to jump to the big house by jumping on top of other players through the wood plank.

    None of the things you've said make any sense which furthemore makes me think that you haven't even understood the matter of what i have written . Daily Voting is irrelevant when it comes to Staff "connectivity and activity with the server" as you have phrased it , now if you had said that about the Forums i would have agreed , now keep in mind that Daily Voting is one of MANY daily obligations that you have accepted whilst applying for your position and it should not be seen as a way of showing activity but more like a helping hand to the Server , I would like to also point out that you are a Helper and your duties are mostly in-game.

    As for the "power" and "tag" players wanna get from becoming a start member cannot fully agree, but I can agree certain staff members are or haven't been active for a month or even longer.

    I totally understand where your going with this and good, the hacker will be banned by me or some other admin when we get onto the server.

    Yeah that was my point , and yes the criticsm was not towards all of the team but some of them , thanks for understanding my inquiry , now keep in mind that as a Moderator you're probably required to assist on more important matters regarding the Server so i do also get your point too.
