The idea of your suggestion is great, but your solution to the problem is wrong. You cannot make limits for jumps in this server, but I may have a solution to this problem. I used to play With bunny hopping in the past on surf/knife servers, and I know a lot about it
Setting Air acceleration to Zero Would stop bunny Hop Completely. The effect is that your cant change direction in the air and u don't need this commend in our server anyway the default is 10 but to stop bunny hop completely we must change commend to sv_airaccelerate 0
