I have noticed that you don't speak well with other staff and you don't help the admins during tournaments. You should improve yourself and then request again. -1
I mean that's true though but here is the point, I didn't speak well with other staff because it was a topic about the second server which I'm completely careless about, if it was about the main server then I would consider taking the advice and behave myself.
