1. Im think need change lvl for gungnir(~150/pick up~125).Gung is strongest weapon on server,so change lvl is good idea

1st. Human Extra Items:
1. Frost/Napalm grenade need decrease limit(7)2. [+150] HP Limit decrease limit(10).We already have +100 hp(150 for vip) - just kill zombie...
2nd. Zombie Extra Items:
1. Jump Bombs..Increase limit(6-10), but add cooldown(1-3 sec) cd for jump bombs = antispam>?
2. Madness limit is OK,but increase price(10k)
Freeze, first zombie and more:
1. How many seconds need to be the FREEZE effect?
3 seconds
2. How many seconds need to be Freeze effect 1st zombie ?
1 seconds
About respawn.. if possible, make it so that a player cannot respawn as a human unless they infected 2 human
Boss Mode...
People vote for /boss only for easy money and exp(boss round and next map). I'm about /get..., so im not sure if we need 3 bosses on the server. I think leaving only one boss on the server is a good idea, since the resources on the server are not infinite... :c (I think you know what I mean). -

+1,I thought that the best way to balance it is to reduce the limit on buying freez grenades (2-4 max) and decrease the duration to 3-4 sec... and If possible, add a cd for buying (4-10 seconds)

As i see on demo you bought gungnir without bind(just 8 + 6),so sorry for that toxin...player with ping 150+ and who bought gung/cerber in one sec suspect of a bind.
+ 5.3 - If a member from the Staff Team suspect a Player with "bind" they CAN Ban the player for 1 hour. The Player is allowed to make "Unban Request" to show his demo as proof. -
