you need patience to deal with such players not insult them and break rules, we have a report system for this reason.

you are doing great on the reports and helping others your behavior is also good, but we cant have staff member that break rules. People will think why should we follow the rules when you don't, so make sure you don't break any rules going further on and I'm positive you'll be accepted next week. first you need to stay active for week to apply for helper.
Also you got no reports and i haven't seen you warning others about rule breaking or helping players with questions/money/guns.

we don't need the timestamp of your clock, when you are are reporting check the demo and tell the timestamp from there.
