She already accepted the punishment for the water strafe, and she didn't know that it wasn't allowed because if she would have known, she wouldn't have allowed others to do so.

As i said he could have been afk from prev round or gone afk before he became zm and stayed afk due to any reason, we can't judge unless we are sure he started playing after round ended and since you didn't provide them demo to confirm that, this will be marked as false report.

We can't know if he was fake afk or not without looking at the prev and next round.
