Haxor, targeting is allowed although it is childish from Lucifer to provoke you, especially when he has done this multiple times. As for Lucifer, can you stop provoking this guy? what is your problem with Haxor? Every time I join the server, you're either harassing him, following him or trying to provoke him in the chat.
