This report is considered false due to lack of proof and here is why
The proof is too short so we can't tell if he's been hiding on that roof or not , cause with good jump nades usage making it to that place isn't difficult at all , not to mention that when he was standing still , he only did that for 2-3sec then attacked you with knife blink which led to you getting infected . I hope the explanation was clear .

greetings , upon watching your demo the reported staff seems innocent , here is how
from 1:01 to the end of that round : faz1 was already afk
moving on to where he got infected and you killed him , it may seem first that he is breaking the rule 9.3 which says "FAKE afk as a Zombie or waiting for the next round is not allowed!" . However at 8:24 he was attacking humans after you killed the zm lilith (bottom left) , and here is what proves me right : "[CSO] Lit_FaZ1 Used a [ Knife-Blink ] !"
Also i noticed the name of the demo being "sadgrownups" and we both know who are you meaning , so this time it'll go on deaf ears , next time you will face some consequences

-1 simply because zombies buy menu is locked during that round , so you have to act fast .
By adding what you suggested every survivor round will be won therefore this idea is not that great even with the cooldown you mentioned

i'm sorry to inform you but it's gonna be a -1 , for now cause i believe that you can improve and make it in the staff team
the only issue with you is Bhopping , I usually catch you bhopping multiple times and it would be kinda shameless if you punish other players for something you are already doing
So what i recommend you is that once you touch the floor , no matter where you are , just wait up 1sec before jumping again , here is a video maybe it'll help you a little : Bhop Examples
Keep doing this till next week and apply again and i swear i'll give you a +1

apparently the bug occured before the zm_dust_world map cause each time the server bugs the map automatically switches to zm_dust_world
