After reviewing the demo, the moderator SwX was caught bhopping on top of the upper block on zm_dust_world. He jumped without any delay to escape somker.
This moderator particularly has bhopped multiple times (next nojump = 30 min (x2) ).
He should be nojumped for another 30 mins and also should be warned (he was also warned by 2wei before)
In my opinion, next time he bhops, he should be demoted (Remember SwX that moderators do not get special treatment when they break the rules, specially when they do it multiple times).

Upload more videos for our server, you got the subscribers and your videos have potential, I am not going to reject it but I will close it for now until you upload more videos.

side note: All the videos you uploaded for the server are 7+ months old, only 2 were recent, you just have to upload recent videos of our server.
