The gun you mentioned was very unbalanced. It was already in the server but people kept abusing it. After we fixed it (lowered its damage and how many people can use it) no one used it anymore. It was one of the hardest weapons to balance so It was removed. We also have lots of similar weapons which are a better choice in my opinion (mk, plasma 2.0, m4 knight)...etc

Your suggestion is quite pointless in my opinion. The whole point of this server is to level up, gain xp and try new weapons. If we made it easier for people to get levels, then everyone will get to level 200 fast. If that is the case, then most of the players will quit the game because they'll have nothing to do anymore.
