From what i can see ru-gal was not spam throwing them since theres delay inbetween each bomb , now if it had been spam it was going to look like this "Zombie spots Human" . "Zombie throws jump bombs with no delay (like fast buying the bombs or if he had bought them 2 by 2 since that would be faster to throw and much more efficient)" , on this case he bought them 1 by 1 and threw them with a different time interval , which i agree that it was a little bit excessive , but still doesnt reach to the point of calling him out for spam throwing them .
maybe it's not a spam, but how it's supposted for the human to keep going up without falling down, this thing should forbaiden

as far as I know spam means when bombs are used for no reason and there are more than 3... if the player's reason was to stop you from climbing the stairs, I don't see any reason why he would be sanctioned, it's part of the game, it's absurd to say that 3 bombs (used with a purpose) means spamI think it's not allowed for players to reply here !

This player should be banned for not atacking as first zombie, and telling players to kill him just to skip the round !
