Hello!
First of all, i want to talk about "Drop Bomb", it's one of the really powerful items at the zombie extra items menu, which you can buy it only when you are the first zombie in the round !
So i suggest a rework to the purshase system of this item, i want to make this bomb buy able one time per map instead of must being first zombie only to have access for buying this item, i know the "Drop Bomb" will be broken after this rework, but i suggest this because almost no one use this item, so let's give it a try, also increase the level of this item to make it more balance.
Second, the healing at the zombies extra items menu is to much, so i suggest to reduce the limite of buying 1500 HP from (10) to (5).
Third, it's not something important just a note, the zombies extra items menu shows that the knife blink ability limit is (2) but in the fact it's (3)
Finally, change the price of "AT4-CS" from (60.000$) to (20.000$ or Lower), the gun level got nerfed after one of the last updates, also it's not worth to pay 60k$ for this bazooka when the pistole grenade luncher "M-79" deal more damage and faster at reloading also cheaper.

What happen is really wierd, after the map changed, i was spectating players like any staff memeber, so every time i put my screen view on a player, the player literally start flying up until the map limite or the player get stun so he can't move at all, at the start i thought the player "HelloThere" is cheating or something, but he was flying randomly, so i told him to rejoin the server, then i switched my screen view to another player, so i realised that the player had the same problem

So my assumption of this bug is :
I think every one know about the "Auto Login Option" when we type in the public chat /reg, so when one of the staff members enable this option then the map change while one of the staff members in the spectaters list, he will be instantly in the spectating list after the map changing, so when he spectate some one, the player start flying randomly or getting full freeze, then at the second round the staff member transfer to CT/T teams automatique.
P.S : im not sure at all about this assumption, this is only what i expect !
edited: i tried it again, it didn't happen, maybe my expect is wrong or it's happen some times by luck !

This player is clearly camping a gungnir and acting like he was afk, and when you tried to pick up the gungnir, he start moving !
Since it's not his first time, this player will be banned for 1 day for breaking many rules !

I turnned my pc off, so i can't check your demo now, but wher is the time stamps when the player was faking afk and camping on guns ?
I told you always to put the time stamps when you report some one at the demo time when the player break one of the server rules in your report this morning.
I watched the demo, at 27:35:00 "by the demo time", the player was clearly bhopping.
This player will be no jumped for 10 minutes !
note: next time put the time stamps of the bhop.

That weapon is similar to Shining Heart Rod which added recently, so we can use it or Starlight Rolling Shooter
to be honest if you can't increase "shining heart rod" damage, let us try this weapon maybe it will be better, because plasma is literally better than shining heart rod.

+1, if the gun is not buggy, also doesn't crash the server.

I suggest to Disable Zombie SHOP Menu, also VIP Menu at Survivor Rounds.
Because the Jump Bombs and Knife Blinks from Zombie SHOP Menu also Snarks from VIP Menu make the survivor UnPlayable.
So if we disable this menus, the survivor will be more Playable, so the survivor will be more useful, and increase the winning chance.
