We cannot see any disrespect in the given image.If you are talking about the word "siphon", then we checked everywhere are we didnt see it as insult.If you can somehow prove it is a bad word we can punish him else it is a false report -

Albedo, yes ik staff would ask this, that's why I checked who was human and checked their player skin on the next round and I found that it was this guy
You will need to show the proof of that as we cant punish a player just like that.
