i agree with fdb but toxin makes a great point even though they are annoying sometimes the zm's need an advantage and this is on one of them so -1

so as far for the insult he got auto gagged by the server so no need for that report,and for some reason i can't open the demo

well i think it's a false report bc it's just seen him jumping,and yes not attacking but u said he camps and attack but nothing in the demo,even tho this player has been reported in the past and warned in the past for this ur demo doesn't show much ig i'll let other staff see and conclude the decision
