1.I think the ethereal gun is very bad the recoil is too high the damage is too low i understand that it's a lower lvl gun but i think some adjustments should be made to make the gun more balanced and not bad plus looking from a lower lvl person they could use all the help they can get but not by using very bad guns
2.My second suggestions is like add missions similar to quests only for lower lvl players from 100 and below those missions should be available not for higher lvl's for example:
-get 3-5 infects in one round
-get 2-5 kills in one round
-travel distance of some kilometar
and etc
i think these type of missions/quest should be added for lower lvl players so they have more help in the server

great suggestion i think that carbon and rest should that this in to account and have a look in to this and this should make the gameplay better but also more balanced+1
