Guns:
- Plasma is replaced for M4 Dark Knight.
- Plasma is replaced for M4 Dark Knight in VIPmenu.
- Balrog-VII is buffed.
Maps:
- Added Map Limit for nominations. That mean some maps need more Players.
- RTV nominations are increased a little bit to prevent spaming 'rtv' non-stop for MapVote.
- Played map will be able for Nomination after 5 maps.
- Some Rates for maps are decreased and other are increased! (Which Maps to show in VoteMap)
Zombies:
- Armor Hits for zombies decreased.

- /boost pages updated
