Little Regular Update :
Sting Zombie:
1. Reduced Gravity Skill with 30%.
2. Gravity Countdown 25 -> 15 seconds
3. Long Attack Countdown 15 -> 20 seconds
5. Normal gravity jump is increased.
6. Low gravity effect after using "Gravity Skill" is fixed.
Gungnir:
1. Reduced "Line" DMG 5%
Cerberus:
1. Reduced DMG 5%
Quests:
1. "Terminator" and "Fresh Brains Please" EXP rewards are buffed. 2000 -> 3000.
2. "Just Beginning" MONEY reward is increased. 75k$ -> 100k$.
RTV system:
1. The time for Early Vote is increased. 6 -> 8 minutes.
