+1 from my POV seems like you really want to be a helper , makes me think that you are a serious person also you have a good activity .
The behavior its ok , nothing wrong just some jokes can't be understand by some people ,that's all.

The video that you provided shows that you are not delaying your jumps , so according to server's rules it is considered bhop , you have to wait 1 sec after you touch the ground that is what delay means , also if you jump in air dose not count as bhop.

i will go with +1 , because you are active in server also you were not breaking the rules as i have seen while i was online so, the main reason for +1 is that i think you as a helper will be an improvement for the server , that's all
Actually there were not many rule breakers to be reported in the last month .
