In my opinion if we remove the afk kicker then it will be easy to farm money and XP for lvlup and if we don't remove the afk kicker then it will help for the active players to join the server more easily.

I'd like to make a suggestion for Mid tier weapons which is the FN SCAR-L
The stats of the weapon itself should be adjusted to the server standards given how powerful this weapon is to use it.
