2599 kill = 15 DAY VIP LIMITE (10 PLAYER CAN GET VIP)
600 kill = 3LEVEL LIMITE ( only 2 TIMES)
100 kill = 210K MONEY
250 kill = chose a gun UNDER 180 LVL
use kills is batter than points OR use ponits is only for a month
