Follow this video and u could upload ur demo, just make sure not to enter the game again or else ur proof gets erased as it will start up a new demo. Better save ur demo which u have rn and if u see the player hacking once again, then u can upload ur new demo here, else upload ur old demo and DONT FORGET to mention the timestamps of ur demo where the player was breaking the rules....
