It would be never allowed.
We try not to ban, try to gag only, every time longer. when it happens again. But if it happens whole time then you as helper can make a report for banning him.
This report will be closed, if i could be online i would do the same.

- Insulting admin or player mother, sister, or insulting god or religions, or attempting to start racist topics (120 minutes) reason he got 10-20 mins ban because most of players spamming why they did get banned for so long, or they dont even understand.
- It is forbidden to swear! (including adminchat).
i hope you did read the rules, otherwise you could be demoted?

As the title says it, its a youtube rules topic.
We decided to change something for youtubers, since everyone wants to be a youtuber.
1. There is no boss prefixs any more for youtubers.
2. Minimum 200 for vip / 400 Subscribers needed (400+ views) = vip + Gold.
3. If you want vip+gold prefix you need to post 1 video in a week, you can send the link to: [DS]Tern soul revenge
when we notice you are not recording anymore, you will be removed.
4. As a youtuber you have to post as last in 1 week 1 video of our server, otherwise you will be removed as youtuber.
5. When you`ve been removed as youtuber you can make another request after 1 month.
6. If you make a Youtuber request, answer the question "Did you read Youtuber rules?" with "YT CSOMOD".
