Heart is still op, doesn't need any buffs, just shows how op it was even before.

Death Eater is being balanced to perfection, its hard to balance a lv 200 gun since people will have conflicting opinions.
If you think 250 dmg Per AA for 50 ammo is weak while the zombie cant move without zm madness then idk..

Same with Death Eater (with one difference that even zombie madness doesnt help you.
