If staff didn't see a cheater on time which happens some times.. then you can report those rule breaker on forum.. they will be punished then. False report.

You should read rules again.. as rule no.15 says. Don't argue with players or admins.. we warn you many times.. you can report him if he slap you wrong.. but you kept arguing.. that's why you got gagged for 5 minutes.

You need to send proof (in video) about getting wrong slapped. if we find him wrong he will be warned otherwise your report will consider False
