If you got the weapon plugins to make the guns work and you are a scripter, then yes these gun models can be put to the server.

He clearly is bhoping on the demo presented, making a bad name for being a staff member. From 33:17-33:20 clearly can see him bhop and strafing left,right to the top. Map on the demo being shown is dust_world.

The demo clearly shows you bhoping on the wood planks at 3:37, similar to this report Report -Sk|'K!nG'/A/ then another short bhop at 3:56-3:58.
You clearly did bhop, by being a number 1 player on rank and a staff member you should know better and follow rules.

From 16:38-16:45 it shows him being fake afk and suddenly attacking the human shooting him. (nguli said "ty" when HeadSloth told him about him being fake afk)
