Freeze bomb spam started from 7:25-7:45, then from 8:08-8:10 shows was bhoping on the wood planks, the demo shows the map "foda".
Not the first time of this particular player spamming/bhoping, he will be banned for 30 minutes.

This isn't considered spam since he was throwing freeze bombs with different time intervals, like in throwing 3+ freeze bombs one after another in seconds then that would be considered spamming.

If you given the footage like report Sololain, since that is spam, Somke would have been banned for 30 minutes as well.
As for protecting cause he is part of a staff member doesn't matter, everyone gets punished as equally.
In his case, he threw 2 freeze bombs shown on the video footage (since there isn't any demo that shows further if he continued throwing ) , it cannot be considered "spam" , but does look like he is doing especially on the "somke proof 2" with the 2 bombs being thrown .
