i think there no problem with that if just open menu but dont do that for guns

Nope.. as it is still bind.. and not fair for others. Boost your fps and learn the timing.. otherwise.. binding guns.. or binding menu for guns.. it ain't allowed at all

why you want bind for first menu you can open it before round start

you can press b->6 before hand, then press 9->5 when timer ends.

This will work same as opening the menu from bind
