vips already have x1.2 more damage, 3x jump is only for professor

its enabled it was turned off by accident.

SPEED RELOAD MILKOR AND MAKE IT 100+ maybe 105 or 110 LVL THE SNIPER GHOST KNITE Because it's hard to take it, and only the passive ones hurt.
