There is no proof here so what the point of this, you are accusing Wave for something which I don’t understand you probably broke some rules and then got punished.

Why isn't it possible for you to post your proof? Just upload on a drive and share it here, after review you can delete it. Should be simple, I think. Not to mention that you do break the rules and get punished reasonably, so I don't know what are you reporting here.
