In a survivor round, it would be more reasonable to give the survivor at least 3 seconds of invisibility to hide, otherwise she'll just get surrounded as always.

I strongly disagree with this suggestion. Survivors already have the advantage of zombies not being able to purchase anything. The key strategy in a survivor round is to secure a tunnel or reach a high spot, once that’s done, it’s game over for the zombies.
It seems like people don’t realize how much easier it is to be a survivor compared to the last human. Being the last human is miserable: zombies can buy anything, you have reduced HP, their hits slow you down significantly, and your weapon isn’t effective.
I didn’t mention the last human for no reason, I wanted to highlight the unique strengths that only the survivor has. Survivors don’t get slowed down by zombie hits, their weapons are powerful with unlimited ammo, they have very high HP, and more.
If I had to vote on this, I’d give it a -1000, not just a -1.
