I was going to unban for second chance but after i see ban details it wont happen

SKIPER got permanent banned https://bans.csomod.com/bans/1549.html and evaded his ban

SKIPER plays from diffrent ip and steamid now thats why he unbanned himself since hes so clever.

No chance for evaders + SKIPER nick is permanently restricted from the server now.
