BAN

Peace be upon you.

ME K2019AMAL

I was playing under a pseudonym—a name used for a different game—and when I joined the server, I forgot to switch back to my usual username, "K2019AMAL." Instead, I remained logged in as "ATRO." It turns out that someone else had used this same name—and I suspect they may have been banned. I’m not entirely sure what happened, but upon entering the server as "ATRO," I received a ban notification for that name. Now, even when I try to log in using my own username, "K2019AMAL," I receive the same ban notification. I’m not sure what’s going on.

I used to play on another server under the name "ATRO," and when I moved to the Carbon server, I kept the name "ATRO." I didn't change it to "K2019AMAL"—I simply forgot to do so. It wasn't intentional, and I wasn't even aware that someone else was already using that name; it was a complete accident. As for the accusation that I "stole" a name—I have no need to steal any name; I am a VIP player, I have reached a high level, and I am ranked within the top 15. It was just a coincidence; I honestly didn't know.

Honestly, this all happened by pure coincidence. You know that I am the longest-standing player on the server and I am well aware of the rules; I know that if someone uses another person's name, they will be automatically banned. There is no way I would risk losing my account and the progress I’ve made on the server by intentionally using someone else’s name. As for the name "ATRO," it belongs to a very famous person from my own country—you can look him up if you don’t believe me. I simply like him, so I adopted his name while playing on a different server. However, when I left that server and tried to join the CARBON server, I received a ban notification linked to the name "ATRO." Even after I changed the name back to my original handle, "K2019AMAL," the ban notification remained. It was truly just a coincidence—it turns out there was already someone else using the name "ATRO." It was a mistake on my part; I should have changed the name back to "K2019AMAL" sooner.
My apologies.

I am K2019AMA. I'll try to log in here using my own account — the one named "Kamal" — so I can show you the same error. I'm even willing to provide the actual password to prove that I really am Kamal; that should serve as concrete proof.
