As i can see you are reporting without reason and proofs, for that i will explain the situation.

The player is abusing with gun gunslinger (the bug is infinity ammo). I warned him many times but the player keep doing it. I make VIDEO about the bug. On your Nima's gameplay as all can see you dont reload the gun, the animation is glitched, no aura push animation when you reload. I saw N1 is your friend - so lets make check on his N1's Gameplay. As you can see he use the gun correct and he dont abuse the bug. More proofs?
