There is no need to rush your hours (time spent on the server) in order to be a Slot , you will eventually have the hours required gradually by playing on the server , having a level requirement is unnecessary , altough I'm aware of the players afking to get their hour's/activity and applying for Slot or Helper , if you have any suggestion's on how to address it , go ahead and make a suggestion at Map & Server Bugs & Suggestions .
Carbon can look at Score for the day to accept the Request, As a look if the player remains Afk
Well, SLOT doesn’t give any power actually, it only gives the ability to wear the katana / hammer so I don’t really see any need to make a level restriction.
In addition if you want SLOT just leave your account logged in while you are sleep or away from your PC so you can gain hours, the deaths don’t count in rank statistics if you are worried about your rank.
If you notice the helper have such restrictions on the requester to be active in server (helping players), to be active in the forum and active in the discord also. All that because the helper has some powers which he must use wisely.

Making that a specific level can apply for slot will be useless since players wont be grinding levels, they just wanna get a bigger max money and to use those 2 knives.
Everyone can get minimum of 40 hours and apply for SLOT when they were active for 1 week.
