What's problem if he doesn't done 24 hour on forum? That means he can't suggest weapons or what?

Rail cannon was tested and it crashed the server + Magnum launcher is now on the server.

For Red Dragon Cannon it may cause issues.

we tried Red Dragon Cannon before, it has huge sprites so causes problems on server
