I think this is a fairly balanced gun (/guns, since it can be used in dual or single mode).
It was always my favorite weapon and I think it would be healthy for game balance to add this gun.

Because was having recoil issues.
And making the character to look weird.
And almost nobody was using it, when I played with that gun
