In the next tutorial you will find out how to recover a stolen Steam account. Sorry for the bad images with windows XP.
1. Go on http://www.steampowered.com and choose from up “Support”, then click on the second image (Account, Billing, Log-in, Security, Troubleshooting and How-to's)
2. Then press “Contact Support”
3. You make an account.
4. Complete with :
- Your name: b
- Choose a username: x
- Your email address: y
- Choose a Password: z
- Repeat Password: a
5. Select "Submit Registration"
6. You will receive an mail from Steam for reactivating your account!
7. After the account was done and activated press again on "Contact Support"
8. Now it will be a sentence, complete it like this:
- Subject : Hijacked Account (or) Stolen Account
- Your question : What you will have to say (complete this only in english)
- Product : Game stolen or lost
- Category : In our case Account Questions / Hijacked or Stolen Account
- Steam Account Login Name : -
- CD Key : The license which activated your game
- Operating System : Your windows
- In the final press SUBMIT QUESTION
Example:
If you followed all these steps, in maximum 4 days it will answer to your support ticket the technical team from Steam and a new password will be generated on the mail adress specified.
