I suggest you to watch the bhop examples and ones one how to properly jump ,have at least 1 second delay in between your jumps.

The first video isn't a bhop since u had 1sec delay
but the second is obviously bhop since there was no delay between ur jumps on the stairs
your punishement is justified

Check the bhop rules once. Making jumps without delay will be considered as bhopping. Make 1 second delay in between your jumps.
